Shepherds is an e-book you have been waiting for . It draws many lessons from life experience back in the village. As I write this e-book I draw from a rich well of experiences, lessons and a choice of being an employee has taught me. It empowers and share information that will shift your habits, thinking and behavior. The whole personality will be transformed by learning many success truths and realities. I am not wasting your time, precisely I am diving to the deep end to make you understand of how success can be a habit to others. The most important reality is that the shepherd does not own a flock of sheep, he only takes pride in sharing the experiences and lessons life has been generous to him. He only has all the battles and stories that make him one.

1. SKILL GROOMING

There are several things we need to understand first. Identify your skills and perfect them, be above board and superb. Once you manage that skill(s) they will soon pay your bills. Trade your skill and time where it is profitable these are the two prime assets.

2. MYSTERY OF MISTAKES

Never avoid or afraid of making mistakes. A lot of lessons are hidden behind those mistakes. You can only do better by doing. Imagine a doctor who never practices his trade, after completing medicine studies cannot be trusted on treating patients. In that case a nurse who practices his trade will be of importance.

3.Mind Setting

Mind setting is important. Always surround yourself with people, and things that motivate you to be that person you have desired to be. Cancel all toxic relationship, it’s just an unnecessary burden to your life. Put your mind to things that reward you with profit. Time is precious don’t waste it on nonprofit conversation of gossip and hearsay.

4.Spending

The thump rule when it comes to spending your money is to always spend savings or profit. This financial hygiene is sustainable and healthy for your wallet. There is an ancient wisdom that is “spending money to make money”, make money whilst you spend money. Your friends won’t tell you the truth when it comes to issues of money.

5.Identifying Opportunities

One important item that needs to be worked on as you go through this e-book is your mind. When you see a product or service, refuse to wear the consumer mentality. I know it takes a lot of time to detoxify your mind, they have put you through an education system (college or university) which trains you to be the best consumer as long you live.

6. The Master Act

The truth of the matter is your employer understands this secret better than you. He went to source his finance to establish the business that employed you, he refused to be employed in someone’s idea. I have much respect for those who work tirelessly to feed their families, but at some point take stock of your life and ask yourself critical honesty questions.

7.Business Environment

Our brain gets in our everyday surroundings, usually, growth happens in the outside of our comfort zone. One needs exposure and gets new life in a different environment. To achieve that, you need to exercise new habits that include hanging out with a different crowd that inspires your mind. Share your ideas with strangers that meet along the way, be friendly and open always.

8.School of MONEY

Make money without regrets, rich people have both control of their time and money. They decide when and where to enjoy their money. Make money and travel to other countries with your family, learn new things in that adventure.

9.TIME

In this life there is one thing we all equally have regardless of our social status, it’s Time! The question that matter, is are you “spending or investing” in time? What sort of returns are you getting after you take stock of your time in all you do.

Being a shepherd is like the entrepreneurship, you trust the days to be all fairly kind when you took your flock to the pastures. Everything from weather, wild animals that might want to feed on your flock, thieves and competition for pastures. Your desire is your flock to feed the best pastures regardless of how many families in a village will take the same bet. when you are shepherd you also take pride in your skills to protect your flock from all kinds of animals in the forest. At any time you might be called to prove your skill and ability as the unexpected happens. The ability to read into weather should always guide you in your decisions, bearing in mind that you have to do all in your power to protect, feed and look after the flock.
